Order Processing Time
- All products are made to order through our printing partner, Printumo.
- Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
- Processing times may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
These are estimates provided by Printumo and may vary.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.
- Free shipping promotions apply when stated on product pages or checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Order Changes
Because items are printed on demand, we can only make changes within 12 hours of placing your order.
After production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Weather or natural events
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost packages due to address errors
If your order is returned to us, we can reship it once you provide the correct address (reshipping costs may apply).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will work with Printumo to replace or resolve the issue.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs fees/ import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
